Charles Blackwell Testing LLC is a family owned and operating company based in Clinton, Mississippi. Charles Blackwell has been soil boring and testing in the Jackson metro area for over thirty years. All team members are certified in Hazmat and Troxler. Soil borings are tested daily in our locally owned laboratory and approved by our engineer on staff. Most soil borings are analyzed within 24 hours. Our goal is to equip our customers with all the knowledge needed in a timely manner at the most affordable price.
